Meet Kirsty
Hi, I'm Kirsty. the face behind Above & Beyond Event Styling.
I'm a mum and I have quite a collection of skills from beauty therapy to singing! After having my son. I got into newborn
photography which led me to photographing some friends weddings and ultimately into the world of weddings, and so grew my love for the industry.
When my son started school. I knew I wanted a career that fitted around my family. and I acted on my love of events. I told my partner about my idea, and he fully supported me, made my sweet cart and Above & Beyond was born.
In 2022, I won a Venue Décor award at the South West
Wedding Awards, and I was a finalist for three years
afterwards. I'm so proud of what I've built and I still
love every minute of it. I'm so grateful to be able to
keep doing what I love and continue to offer my
services to amazing couples and clients.
When I'm not styling. you'll usually find me with my family or friends. Pottering in the garden. or enjoying a cocktail and a catch up. I've always loved performing and singing, so you may even find me grabbing the microphone at karaoke when I'm not
holding a staple gun!

How we work
Your Quote
Once I've created your quote, take a look through the styling proposal and let me know if you have any questions.
You need to read our T&C’s before you pay the booking fee as once it is paid we take that as confirmation that you have read them and are happy with the conditions of booking.
Final Details
4 weeks prior to your event I will be in touch to confirm guest numbers and get your table plan information if you're having one. Your balance will be due for payment now too. In the final week I will contact the venue to arrange access day/time for setup.
On The Day
It's here, event day! I will arrive to create your vision transforming your venue. You can get ready safe in the knowledge that everything is being taken care of. Once set up I leave you to enjoy event and will return the the day following the event to collect everything, leaving you one less thing to worry about.​
